When my order can be delivered?
all orders that the payment has been cleared before 12:00 pm, we aim to despatch all the orders on the same Working Day. Otherwise, the order will be despatched the next Working Day. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
What are your estimated delivery times?

Orders over 39USD are FREE shipping in US and delivery in 5 - 12 days
How to track my item?
All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers which will be informed to you immediately via email and will also be updated on your account.
Do you offer free delivery?
All orders shipping to the US qualify for FREE Standard delivery over 19.00USD (need 5 days delivery).
Do you offer an express option?
No available for express option.
What couriers/ logistics do you use?
The choice of the courier/service depends on the item ordered. Usually, items are sent by the UPS/DHL/TNT/Fedex
Exceptions: - If you place an order for smaller items like tips, chalk holders and soft case which are shipped on their own, they will most likely be dispatched through other non-trackable service.
